Kohenoor exports four primary species to Turkey: Rhodes Grass (Chloris gayana) for warm-season pastures in southern regions; Rye Grass for cool-season grazing and hay production; Protein Grass, a high-protein forage blend for dairy cattle; and Alfalfa (Yonca) in KN92 and Taiztar varieties. Each species is available individually or as custom blends matched to Turkish regional conditions.
Turkey requires a Phytosanitary Certificate from the exporting country's plant protection authority, conforming to IPPC standards. Seeds must be free from quarantine pests listed by Turkey's General Directorate of Food and Control. Kohenoor provides all required documentation including phytosanitary certificates, seed analysis reports showing purity and germination rates, and Certificate of Origin.
Sea freight from Karachi to Mersin port takes 12 to 16 days, and to Istanbul (Ambarli port) approximately 14 to 18 days. We ship in 20ft FCL containers holding approximately 20 MT. CIF pricing includes freight and marine insurance. For urgent orders, transshipment via Jebel Ali can reduce transit times depending on vessel connections.

For example, warm-season blends combining rhodes grass and protein grass for Antalya and Adana regions, or cool-season blends with rye grass and alfalfa for central Anatolian pastures. Custom blends require a minimum order of 5 MT and are mixed to buyer-specified ratios in our certified processing facility.
